Variations in color appearance are not considered a product defect and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

Wig fit, appearance, density, length, and styling can vary from person to person based on head size, face shape, positioning, styling, and other individual factors.

Product photographs are provided as a representation of the style and may appear differently when worn by an individual customer.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order has entered processing or has been submitted to a manufacturer or distributor for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Although all sales are final, if you receive an item that you believe is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Timeless Beauty by Holly promptly after delivery.

Please do not wear, cut, alter, wash, style, apply products to, or remove tags from the wig while the issue is being reviewed. Photographs and other information may be requested.

Verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will be handled according to applicable manufacturer policies and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Timeless Beauty by Holly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
