Wigs Return Policy

At Timeless Beauty by Holly Wigs & Hairpieces, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs and hairpieces. Because wigs and hairpieces are personal-wear items, we maintain a strict final sale policy to protect the quality and integrity of the products our customers receive.

All wig and hairpiece purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for change of mind, color preference, style preference, fit, length, density, or other personal preferences.

Once a wig or hairpiece has left our possession, we cannot resell it as new. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives a high-quality product that has not previously been worn, altered, or returned by another customer.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, colors, measurements, cap construction, fiber type, photographs, and other product information before purchasing.

If your wig arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Timeless Beauty by Holly within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the wig and packaging so we can review the problem.

Until we have reviewed your claim, please do not:

• Wear or try to style the wig 
• Cut or trim the hair or lace 
• Wash the wig 
• Apply hairspray, adhesive, makeup, Got2B, or other products 
• Use heat or styling tools 
• Remove, cut, or alter tags or labels 
• Alter the wig or cap in any way 

The wig should remain in its original condition and original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

If we determine that the item arrived damaged or defective or that an incorrect item was sent, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Normal variations in color, texture, curl pattern, styling, or appearance are not necessarily considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately display wig colors and styles. However, colors may appear differently because of lighting, photography, computer screens, phones, and other devices.

A difference between the color displayed on a screen and its appearance in person is not considered damage or a manufacturing defect.

If the shipping package appears significantly damaged when it arrives, please photograph the outside of the package before opening it, if possible. Please also photograph any damage to the product and packaging.

Keep all packaging materials until we have completed our review, as they may be needed for a shipping-carrier claim.

By completing a purchase from Timeless Beauty by Holly Wigs & Hairpieces, you acknowledge and agree that all wig and hairpiece sales are final, except when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect as described above and as otherwise required by applicable law.
